Inside IGA

IGA will contain essays, comments, reportages, book reviews and interviews offering innovative ideas on, and fresh insights into, issues of topical interest and concern. It will also carry articles on how technology is shaping politics, business and social relations. Each issue of the magazine will focus on business opportunities in a given country or region and highlight novel trends in culture and lifestyle brought about by the forces of globalisation. IGA will emphasise both style and sub-stance. ‘Style’ refers as much to design and presentation as to the quality of writing. IGA will thus not be ‘acade-mic’ in the narrow sense of the term, but strive to reach out to the general public in government, the corporate world and educational institutions.

The basic structure of each issue:

  • - Essays by / interviews of leading personalities
  • - Reportages
  • - Comments / articles on topical developments
  • - Review essays of new books
  • - Short book reviews
  • - Corporate Watch
  • - Flash Back: A thousand words on Asian achievements in history
  • - Flash Forward: A futuristic look at societies, nations and sectors of entrepreneurial activities.

IGA will be a quarterly magazine. Its four issues will be published as follows:
  • January - March
  • April - June
  • July - September
  • October - December
